Delivery

All Nord Voyage eSIMs are delivered digitally to the email address used with your account registration immediately after purchase. Please ensure this email address is valid and accessible. Service validity begins upon installation and first connection of the eSIM, and each eSIM must be activated within 365 days of purchase.


Refunds & Returns

  • Full Refund: Available if the eSIM has not been installed and the plan has not been activated. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • Partial Refund: If the eSIM has been installed but the plan has not been activated, a processing fee of $2.99 USDwill be deducted, and the remaining amount refunded.

  • No Refund: Once the plan has been activated, refunds are not available, regardless of whether data was used.


Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
